Sales Executive shall be responsible for;
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Meeting with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
- Communicating with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Overseeing the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and contracts.
- Acting as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
- Maintaining contact with clients to have openings to discuss future business prospects and for bringing business to the company.
