Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and thorough accountant to join our team at Beacon Investment. As an accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reviewning financial records to reconcile business accounts.
Facilitating property purchases and sales by printing and distributing checks.
Communicating with vendors to ensure they pay bills on time.
Using computer software to record and organize financial data, like customer invoices.
Keeping track of income statements and expenses using journal entries.
