Barkat Trading Company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of the company and supporting its growth and operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Perform reconciliations of bank statements and financial records.
Prepare and file tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Monitor financial transactions and ensure the integrity of financial information.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
