We are currently seeking a dedicated Network Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of networking concepts.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing system.

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues reported by customers or detected through monitoring systems.

3. Assist branches with network configuration, setup, and troubleshooting.

4. Collaborate with other teams, including Network Engineering and Support team, to resolve complex network issues.

5. Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

6. Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.

7. Implement network changes and upgrades as directed by senior engineers.

8. Respond to network emergencies and perform incident response procedures.

9. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in networking.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Associate\'s degree or relevant certifications may be considered)

2. Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a network support capacity.

3. Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.

4. Experience with network troubleshooting tools and techniques.

5. Familiarity with network equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, etc.

6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

9. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

10. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
