Coordinator and Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Coordinator and Analyst to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating smooth operations and conducting in-depth analysis to support decision-making processes. Your primary duties will include coordinating tasks, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing recommendations based on your findings.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate various tasks and activities to ensure efficient operations.

2. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

3. Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing analysis results and recommendations.

4. Assist in project management by setting objectives, establishing timelines, and monitoring progress.

5. Collaborate with team members to exchange information and address challenges.

6. Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

7. Support decision-making processes by providing accurate and timely information.

8. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

2. Proven 2 years of experience in coordination and analysis roles, preferably in banking industry.

3. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel,

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

6. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

8. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
