Business Analyst

We need a Business Analyst for our Digital Delivery Team who will play a critical role in improving our performance metrics. This individual will focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as area-specific performance, product efficiency, and organizational challenges. They will identify business needs, analyze processes, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Additionally, they will analyze data and present it through comprehensive dashboards, interacting with higher management and board members to ensure informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience and possess the following qualities:

Critical thinker
Visualizer
Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is a plus.
