Balitech is hiring energetic and goal-oriented Sales Specailist for our ACA campaign. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers with strong communication skills to kick start a career in sales. As part of our team, you will engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to enroll them in Medicare plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via outbound calls to promote Medicare products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable Medicare plans.
- Clearly explain plan features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Build strong rapport with customers to foster trust and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on ACA products, compliance regulations, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Freshers with excellent communication and persuasion skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong ability to listen actively and identify customer needs.
- Confidence and enthusiasm in handling sales conversations over the phone.
- Goal-driven with a positive attitude and resilience to handle objections.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM navigation.
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
