Sales Specailist

We are hiring an energetic and goal-oriented Sales specialist for our ACA campaign. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers with strong communication skills to kick-start a career in sales. As part of our team, you will engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to enroll them in Medicare plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers via outbound calls to promote Medicare products and services.
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable plans.
Clearly explain plan features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Build strong rapport with customers to foster trust and maintain a professional demeanor.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Accurately document customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Stay updated on ACA products, compliance regulations, and market trends.

Qualifications:

Freshers with excellent communication and persuasion skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong ability to listen actively and identify customer needs.
Confidence and enthusiasm in handling sales conversations over the phone.
Goal-driven with a positive attitude and resilience to handle objections.
Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
