Bajco Global Management LLC is the management division for various Bajco entities and franchises for Papa John's Pizza Restaurants. With operations in the United States, The accounting and back office operations are based in Lahore, Pakistan, providing a central support hub for the company's global operations.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Human Resources Manager based in Lahore. The Assistant Manager of Human Resources will oversee HR functions, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This role will involve working closely with management to support HR initiatives and ensure organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience of 3 to 4 years in HR functions, recruitment, and employee relations
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
