We are seeking for an enthusiastic, honest and dedicated personal to join and support our team in a leading catering business based in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter online orders into the dedicated computer system accurately and efficiently
  • Verify the accuracy of data entered and make the necessary corrections
  • Ensure all deadlines are met promptly
  • Provide customer service by answering basic email inquiries
  • Track all sales, complaints, status reports etc, for review
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently, able to handle his own time
  • Available from 8 am to 7 pm Hong Kong time, Monday to Friday
  • Strong attention to details 
  • Strong computer skills (excel, email...)
