We are seeking for an enthusiastic, honest and dedicated personal to join and support our team in a leading catering business based in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter online orders into the dedicated computer system accurately and efficiently
- Verify the accuracy of data entered and make the necessary corrections
- Ensure all deadlines are met promptly
- Provide customer service by answering basic email inquiries
- Track all sales, complaints, status reports etc, for review
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently, able to handle his own time
- Available from 8 am to 7 pm Hong Kong time, Monday to Friday
- Strong attention to details
- Strong computer skills (excel, email...)
