- Fire fighting experience
- Fire and safety hazards
- HVAC generators prices and market
- Fleet Management
- All day to day operational activities including Lifts Maintenance, General Maintenance, Purchasing, Security Issues, Janitorial staff Management
- Outside dealings with Government departments like police, Wapda, wasa, Lda, Civil defense, EOBI, Social Security, PESSI, SESSI, Police, FIA, CIA etc
- Maintaining up to date records and communication and Liaisoning with other departments etc*
