This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Sales Executive for Call Centre Truck Dispatching at B&A software in Lahore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing incoming calls, dispatching trucks efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also handle sales inquiries, provide product information, and contribute to sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales, call center operations, or truck dispatching
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
