We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ensuring that our workforce is motivated, happy, and productive.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
  • Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0- 2 years.
  • Freshers can also apply
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
