As a Customer Service Officer specializing in Ecommerce, specifically on eBay and Amazon platforms, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences for our online retail customers.
- Your primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to their purchases and interactions on eBay and Amazon.
- You will be part of a dynamic team that aims to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold the reputation of our brand on these popular online marketplaces.
