Maintaining a record of Stuffing plans Complete Documentation (proforma/final dispatch docs).
Liaison with the plant supply chain team for logistics and vessel arrangements.
Post Shipment documents preparation.
Responsible for following up on, filling & archiving Import - Export documents.
Track the dispatched shipments and export statuses.
Continuously monitor shipments from the point of receipt through to delivery.
Lease with different departments to prepare relevant reports.
Performs other duties as assigned.
