We are looking for an International Recruiter to join our team.
As an International Recruiter with Matrix Solutions, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals from around the world. Your expertise in communication and fluency in English will be essential in engaging with candidates and clients to match talent with their ideal roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with UK-based candidates to discuss healthcare job opportunities.
- Assess and match candidates' qualifications and preferences with client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and healthcare organizations.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong academic background with relevant recruitment or HR experience.
