We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Product Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. This role is a blend of hands-on development, operational ownership and team growth. As a Software Product Manager, you will guide a team of Developers and help them grow by setting personal & technical goals and assisting in achieving them. You will also conduct technical interviews, technically onboard talented associates in your team, and conduct evaluations of your changes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in leading technical teams/Experience managing a team of engineers to perform at their best.
- Experience giving feedbacks and conducting code reviews
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals
- Experience conducting technical interviews during the recruitment process
- Expertise in at least 2 tech stacks from the 3 (front end, backend, mobile)
- Expertise in AWS (plus point)
- Application & Data Security knowledge and experience
- Be able to manage, coach and support teams
