- Design, create, and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Develop marketing strategies to grow customer base and increase revenue
- Establish and maintain good customer relationships
- Meet revenue targets on quarterly basis
- Develop new business leads, prepare and service customer accounts
- Implement and maintain sales tracking and monitoring systems
- Oversee the processes involved in closing business transactions with customers
- Perform competitive analysis, market research, and product assessment
- Conduct presentations, attend trade shows and events to promote products
- Develop and maintain cooperative selling relationships
- Maintain and update sales reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Analyze and report on sales performance and sales trends
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., DVM, Veterinary / Poultry / Bio Sciences) Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the veterinary or pharmaceutical industry Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Ability to travel within the assigned territory
