• Process requests and ensure that appropriate administrative procedures are followed.
  • Connect and process telephone requests.
  • Receive incoming calls and take messages on behalf of other staff.
  • Maintain the database and other systems available.
  • Ensure that a high level of customer service is consistently provided
  • Assist and support the invoicing process.
  • To work co-operatively as part of a team to ensure that priority tasks are carried out effectively, efficiently and meet the required deadlines.
  • To be tactful and have respect for the need for confidentiality to all parties concerned, including members of staff, customers and sessional staff.
  • Respond to emails from internal and external stakeholders
  • Escalate complaints or queries to the necessary team
  • Write and draft professional emails and respond to customers via calls or emails.
  • Handle day to day general queries and bookings via email and calls.
  • Can manage heavy call volume efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be Graduated
  • Experienced in a customer service role
  • Previous experience in customer service from UK, American or Canadian-based company
