Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough visual and technical inspections of products during various stages of the production process.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures.
- Perform in-depth examinations of raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Conduct testing procedures to ensure products meet specified requirements.
- Utilize various testing equipment and tools to perform physical and chemical analyses.
- Analyze test results and collaborate with the production team to resolve any quality-related issues.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and findings.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing quality control activities and outcomes.
- Document and communicate any defects or deviations from quality standards and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
- Capable & Responsible to maintain the lab equipment in order.
- Collaborate closely with production managers, engineers, and other team members to address quality-related issues promptly.
- Working experience on ISO 17025
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Chemistry.
- Proven experience of 7 years in quality control .
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as ISO 17025:2017
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
- Proficiency in using quality control software and Microsoft Office applications.
