Responsibilities:
- Analyze Upwork projects strategically to identify the perfect fit.
- Craft customized proposals that showcase our expertise and value.
- Actively monitor Upwork for new project postings.
- Engage in client communication and negotiations to secure project wins.
- Foster strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder with a strong track record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the Upwork platform and its best practices.
- A results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed client expectations.
Note: This job position is hybrid with the Basic Salary + Commission model.
