We are currently seeking individuals who are recent matric/O Level passed and possess proficiency in English. While verbal communication skills are not mandatory, a strong command of written English in a professional context is essential.
Our focus is on providing online education in WordPress website development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Offering customer support to students who submit queries related to their WordPress website challenges.
- This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. However, you will have a weekly in-person meeting with our manager.
- If you're not already familiar with WordPress, we offer a comprehensive 2-month training program.
Requirements:
- Laptop/PC
- Stable internet connection
- Proficiency in English
- Basic knowledge of WordPress is advantageous!
