We are seeking a motivated and proactive Appointment Setter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and schedule appointments for USA and Canada. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to engage with potential clients over the phone or through other communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Cold calling to businesses and indentify the potential prospects.
- Introduce company services to potential clients and effectively communicate their benefits.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads.
- Follow up with leads via email or phone to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate or equivalent.
