Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering specifications.
Set up CNC machines by installing tools, workpieces, and other materials.
Adjust machine settings such as speed, feed, and other operating parameters.
Operate CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders) and monitor the machining process.
Load raw materials and tools into the machine and start production.
Monitor machine performance to ensure continuous operation
Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings as necessary.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances.
Identify defects or issues in produced parts and make necessary adjustments to the machine.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, such as cleaning and lubricating parts.
Report any mechanical or production issues to supervisors or maintenance teams.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating machinery.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Skills:

Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Knowledge of CNC programming.
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Basic math and computer skills.
