Unit Head

This position is responsible for managing leasing portfolio through developing and implementing credit strategies to meet assigned targets and maximize profitability, leverage business development activities, maintain quality services, and achieving high ratings in audit.

Job Role:

Lead and manage respective Leasing Unit to contribute towards achievement of regional budgeted targets
Ensure prudent expansion in commercial and SME leasing portfolio by marketing fresh clients
Identify early warning signals to mitigate risks and timely elevation to Head-CLU
Ensure complete due diligence and risk assessment of Credit Proposals in line with Bank's Credit Policy, Procedures / Manuals and SBP PRs before presentation to Head-CLU
Ensure Teams are able to fulfill Reporting requirements within stipulated deadlines
Keep close coordination with customers to identify any issues and facilitate them with prompt resolution.

Skills:

Adeptness in Strategic and operational management.
Strong knowledge of policies development and management
Aware of regulatory and bank policies.
Knowledge of banking products.
Good analytical Skills.
Good decision making power.
Proactive approach to handle daily issues and situations.
Proficient in MS Excel & MS Office
