The primary job of a Relationship Manager is to manage the portfolio of existing clients and play a key role in establishing and nurturing profitable relationships with new Chinese clients. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to identify business opportunities and deliver best customer services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective & current Chinese clients.
- Evaluate clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate banking services through cross-sell.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Conduct regular client outreach through various communication channels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services to provide informed advice.
- Achieve business targets and objectives through effective client management.
- Serve as a primary contact person at the bank for Chinese relationships and keep a close liaison with the peer business units to assist them in building up the Chinese Business from existing and new to the bank customers.
- Develop & maintain rapport with Chinese associations and relevant bodies in Pakistan.
Location: Karachi – Faisalabad – Lahore
Experience: 2-3 years of General Banking & Foreign Trade.
Academic/ Professional Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Finance. Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Mandarin will be preferred.
