We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented senior resource in IT Services Credit Card to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation, stability, and security of Bank’s Credit Card system. You will also leverage your project management skills to oversee and contribute to ongoing initiatives.
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end view of credit card system from customer on-boarding to fulfilment to activation and ongoing engagement.
- Work with internal product stakeholders to implement integrated user journeys.
- Manage fraud and operational risk for card products.
- Engage with tech partners, vendors, payment schemes, regulator and internal stakeholders to ensure continuous innovation and increased efficiency.
- Work with respective Business owners to develop and launch segment specific card products.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Credit card and Card Management System.
- Initiate and lead projects to test, validate, and improve internal processes, and provide regular reports to management and upper management.
- Develop and maintain knowledgebase documentation, tools, and templates.
- Responsible to perform Technical UAT of Credit Card System.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL and Linux OS.
- Able to perform Test transaction using Simulator.
- Good knowledge of Data Massaging to perform different analytics.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and improve systems develop, and implement technological solutions to issues or opportunities.
- Able to build reports using Jasper of customer onboarding, engagement & spends w.r.t. P&L and strategic commitments.
- Document procedures and processes clearly and concisely.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve common goals.
