The objective of this position is to provide a prompt, efficient and courteous service to callers. Must have the ability to understand customers’ inquiries, requests or complaints and deal effectively with people on phone. Able to learn quickly about the services and banking products. Have good knowledge of telephone and computer systems and able to work in shifts.  Should have the ability of judgement, adaptability, stress tolerance and attention to details.

II.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management of Call Centre Operations.

1.Answer calls handle customer inquiries and route calls to appropriate resources.

2.Manager and resolve customer complaints and follow-up with customers where necessary.

3.Provide customers with product and service information.

4.Process orders like Flexible Credit Plan (FCP), reward vouchers &  generate sales leads etc.

5.Timely activate / block cards, I-Net & on-line access etc.

6.Manage occupancy on a call including working on ACW, CMS etc as compared to available time.

7.Timely report of issues and concern to supervisor.

Preparation and updation of Reports and Records.

40%

8.Help ensure that customer complaints are properly recorded in the system.

9.Timely submission of customer data correction request to respective departments and its follow ups.

Compliance with Rules and Regulations.

10.Ensure that overall call center operations are in compliance with prescribed rules and regulations.

11.Any other responsibilities or tasks falling within the purview of this position, which may be assigned by the superiors, from time to time.
