Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate job postings, review resumes, and conduct interviews to evaluate applicants.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and paperwork completion.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, and provide resolution as needed.
  • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and mediation.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance feedback, and evaluation.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.

HR Administration and Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases and generate reports on key HR metrics.
  • Stay informed about labor laws, employment regulations, and industry best practices to ensure legal compliance.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

Employee Engagement and Culture:

  • Plan and organize employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities to promote a positive work environment.
  • Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Training and Development:

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs, workshops, and seminars to cultivate talent and leadership capabilities within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics, trends, and data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information and HR matters.
