Truck Dispatcher

We are hiring US remote-based Truck Dispatchers and Sales Agents with experience in coordinating and dispatching trucks, negotiating rates, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with drivers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Assign trucks to designated routes and schedule weekly
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Negotiate rates and terms with customers carriers and brokers
Monitor and track trucks through tracking systems
Provide excellent customer service and address the concerns of drivers and carriers
At least two years of experience in truck dispatching and/or sales
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills with fluency in the US English
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer programs to maintain a database
Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry practices
