Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle all client interactions with discretion, ensuring a luxury experience.
  • Sales Performance:

    • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store-wide goals.
    • Utilize clienteling techniques to build a loyal customer base.
    • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
    • Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  • Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand's history, values, and product offerings.
    • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, product launches, and store promotions.
    • Educate customers on the quality, craftsmanship, and unique features of our products.
  • Client Relationship Management:

Qualifications:
