We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales deals over the phone. The Telesales Representative should exhibit excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and qualify leads.
  • Effectively articulate product features and benefits to create interest and drive sales.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and generate leads.
  • Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of customer needs.

Sales Pitch:

  • Deliver compelling sales pitches to promote products/services and overcome objections.
  • Customize sales scripts to align with customer profiles and needs.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Sales Closing:

  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to secure commitments and agreements.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, outcomes, and follow-up activities.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
  • Work closely with the Supervisor to achieve team goals.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role (B2B Campaign).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • High school diploma; bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
