ARCLINK is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team through our esteemed Future Leaders Programme. In this role, you will lead a dynamic sales team, oversee the selling of property units, and ensure exceptional client interactions. Your leadership and managerial skills will be crucial in guiding your team to success and achieving ARCLINK's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Consultants & Investment Advisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Oversee client interactions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements and delivering outstanding demonstrations and deal closures.
  • Monitor and support team performance to meet daily KPIs (calls/meetings).
  • Generate and manage leads, drive sales efforts, and ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members, enhancing their sales techniques and client engagement skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial and tax regulations to guide the team effectively and ensure compliance.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships to support long-term business success.
