One of our clints is looking up for the position of Receptionist at Global Resources Institute.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule appoinments and maintain calendars for staff and administrators.
Assist with the organization and coordination of events,meetings,and activities.
Maintain accurate records of visitors and appoinments.
