We are seeking a highly motivated Property Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and closing property sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Explain property features, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable real estate options.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Required Skills:
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Sales & Negotiation: Ability to persuade and close deals confidently.
Customer Handling: Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Active Listening: Understanding client needs and addressing concerns.
Problem-Solving: Handling objections and providing suitable solutions.
Time Management: Prioritizing leads and managing follow-ups effectively.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and sales software.
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate sales or telemarketing (preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the local property market is a plus.
