The job holder is responsible to accurately process all the air/sea export shipments in timely manner under the guidance of his officer.
Responsibilites
- Bookings: Obtain and compare quotes from different carriers, truckers and arranging bookings
- Coordination: Coordinate with carriers, warehouse, customers to ensure the timely delivery of the shipment
- Documentation: Filing customs clearance, ESI, preparing AWB/BLs/Truck BOLs/dock receipt/Job sheet Etc
- Customer Communication: Coordinate with customers, sending pre-alert docs and updates.
- Data Management: Ensure Shipment Folder for every shipment is properly maintained with all relevant documents
- Shipment Tracking: Provide accurate and timely shipment information to customers and ensure shipment is properly followed till reached destination
