We are searching for experienced candidates to operate our Rice Milling Plant. We have three positions available (In morning and night shifts).

1. The Candidate must be have strong knowledge and experience on the parameters of Rice Milling Machines.

2. The candidate must have at least 5-10 years of relevant experience in operating Rice Milling Plant.

3. The candidate will be responsible for operating Rice Processing Plant. He will be supervised by Rice Plant manager and he will work with Rice Production department.

4. The candidate will coordinate and work in collaboration with production personnel to achieve quality and timely production of rice in all three milling lines.

5. The candidate will have 1-2 helpers and other required personnel for assistance.

6. The candidate is required to be proactive and aware of all the operations taking place in his designated Rice Milling Plant.

7. The goal for the Rice Plant Operator is to ensure smooth operations for production and do what’s necessary to achieve this goal.

8. The candidate shall promote implementation and adherence to health and safety measures that safeguard the workers and property from environmental and safety hazards.

9. The candidate shall have a Bachelor’s or Master’s or Higher Diploma or relevant professional certification in Engineering.

This is not a must have but the candidate with more education and experience will have an added advantage.
