Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide tailored travel solutions.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients.
- Assist in promoting and selling travel packages.
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to accounts.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
