Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mobile hardware and software issues.
- Perform mobile phone repairs.
- Provide top-notch services to customers.
- Maintain accurate repair records.
- Stay updated on mobile tech trends.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduation (Electronics Engineering)/Technical certifications
- Proven experience as a Mobile Technician.
- Mobile device knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Skills:
- Must be proficient in English & MS Office(Word & Excel)
- Clear verbal and written skills
- Timely reporting and problem-solving
