Key Account Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Supervisor to join our telecommunications team. As a Key Accounts Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty. You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets by expanding business opportunities with our key accounts.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives
Act as the main point of contact for key customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
Identify new business opportunities within key accounts, upselling and cross-selling our products and services
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of solutions to key accounts
Monitor and analyze key account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth
Prepare and present performance reports and forecasts to senior management
Participate in industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and competitors

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management or sales management
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
