Store Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to manage store daily operations, store material assembling, maintaining records of data, filing and reporting, inventory management, profitability goals, and management of staff members effectively.

Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, inventory control, project management, or HR management. Store Manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory of yarn and related materials
Ensure accurate record-keeping of stock, using an Inventory Management system and manual book.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Reporting and filing of documents.
Propose innovative ideas to optimize and improve the inventory system.
Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
Deal with all issues that arise from staff and resolve the issue
Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance
Staff management, performance management of employees.
Quality checking of yarn and other related materials ensures that accurate material is used for the job.
Additional store manager duties as needed
