Aquila Global Solutions is looking for Customer Sales Representatives (Truck Dispatching) who have strong communication skills, the ability to find best-paying loads, negotiate rates with brokers, and knowledge of creating and maintaining dedicated lanes. Experienced candidates in the trucking industry are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing carriers through direct communication.
- Making outbound calls and onboarding carriers.
- Adding loads into the dispatch management software and assigning them to trucks.
- Managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes.
- Submitting invoices and maintaining records.
- Negotiating rates and delivery timelines.
Requirements:
- Hardworking and punctual.
- Fluent in USA English.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Computer literate (MS Word & Excel).
- Experience in the trucking industry is preferred.
