To submit & bring up-to-date documentation of PI, GRN & RGP of maintenance department in reference of ERP system &their hard copies on daily basis.
To arrange& update record of Request for Material Issue, Material issue on daily basis to keep level the physical stock corresponding to ERP system.
To receive all the items of maintenance store from general store with their complete documents to put them on their proper place.
To prepare the Log registers of Maintenance store for GRN, Receiving & Issuing of material.
To monitor low levels of stock and keep close association with General store to prepare their Purchase indents accordingly.
To prepare samples for purchase department & keep their record updated.
To keep updated the record of bills & invoices file of Maintenance department.
To prepare item opening forms for new identification & modifications of description in ERP system
