Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee our IT and Network Security operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, a deep understanding of network security, and a proven track record of managing teams to execute business objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Manage and optimize daily operations within IT and network security departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and performance.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying training needs.
Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT and network security projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and budgetary constraints.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Address any operational issues or client concerns promptly and effectively.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and achieving financial targets.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operational practices comply with industry regulations and company policies, prioritizing risk management and security best practices.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate operational effectiveness and security standards.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on IT and network security.
Strong understanding of network security protocols, threat landscape, and security best practices.
Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and budget management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
