1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth while optimizing operational efficiency.
2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand the company's client base and revenue streams. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and increase sales.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
4. Proposal Development Lead the development of proposals, bids, and presentations for new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are aligned with operational capabilities and meet client requirements.
5. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to both operational and business development teams. Set clear goals and objectives, and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
6. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for both operational and business development activities. Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures while maximizing ROI.
7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both operational and business development activities. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
