Digital Marketing
- Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and edit content (graphics, videos, and copy) for social media platforms.
- Manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating actionable insights for optimization.
- Data Collection & Analysis
- Collect, organize, and manage key data related to market trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets to analyze data for marketing and operational insights.
- Support data-driven decision-making by presenting findings in clear, actionable reports.
Project Management
- Coordinate and oversee marketing and operational projects to ensure timely completion.
- workflows using project management tools like Trello or Asana.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align project goals and outcomes.
- Track progress and prepare regular updates for the leadership team.
Must-Have Skills
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong data collection, organization, and analytical skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Monday.com).
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content strategy.
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Soft Skills
