Our goals are to create a strong online presence for our clients' businesses, increase brand awareness, help achieve their business objectives, and drive traffic to their website to convert leads into customers.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Developer. The Senior BusinessDeveloper will be responsible for managing and motivating the business development team creating and implementing sales strategiesnegotiating and closing deals, and providing excellent customer service. The Senior BusinessDeveloper will also be responsible for lead generation and market research to stay competitive in the market.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to negotiate and close deals, manage and motivate teams, and provide customer service.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and conduct market research to stay competitive in the market.
Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Bachelor's degree in CS, or related fieldStrong grip on Upwork.
2-year experience in digital marketing and business development.
Experience in managing a team of business developers.
