Overall administrative management of the project
Managing staff (staff roster management, training, and supervising staff)
Managing all types of reports (budgets, financial resources etc.)
Manage the activity calendar of children as per the requirement of management

Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Oversee all onsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
