Store Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Store Coordinator to oversee our store operations and ensure optimal inventory management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, coordinating with vendors, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders for supplies and merchandise.
Ensure smooth store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries and complaints, and supervise store staff.
Design and set up product display to enhance visual appeal and align with promotional campaigns.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to the store manager.
Maintain strong vendor relationships, monitor performance standards, and manage invoicing and payments.
Coordinate special projects and assist with market analysis and store pro-forma analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in retail management or inventory management is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Computer literacy and familiarity with retail software.
Relevant certifications in retail management or inventory control are a plus.
